Case studies

Real websites, really built.

Walid Hasan has contributed to more than 200 website projects across WordPress, Shopify, and Wix. The sites below are live, linked, and built by the team.

Inoviqa is now focused on Local SEO for specialized home service businesses. This page keeps established website work and active SEO campaigns clearly separated, so neither is mistaken for the other.

Every site below is live and linked, so the work can be checked directly. No rankings, traffic, lead, or revenue figures are attached to a build credit.

Client websites

Websites we designed, built, and instrumented.

10 business websites and 2 ecommerce stores, across logistics, home services, technology, hospitality, recruiting, and retail. Each card links to the live site.

Live sites change over time. Each link shows the site as it stands today, which may include work carried out after the original build.

Two different things

Website builds and Local SEO campaigns are reported separately.

Both are real work, but they prove different things. Mixing them is how portfolios end up implying results that were never measured.

Website projects

Design, development, analytics setup, and on-page SEO groundwork, delivered as a build. The proof is the live site itself, which is why every project above is linked rather than screenshotted.

  • Design
  • Development
  • Analytics
  • SEO groundwork
  • Ecommerce builds

A build credit is not a ranking claim. Where Inoviqa did not run and measure a campaign, no performance figure is attached.

Local SEO campaigns

2 campaigns are running now. They stay described as in progress until the baseline, comparison period, data source, and limitations are all documented, which is what turns a campaign into a case study worth reading.

  • In progress
  • Baseline recorded
  • Documented sources
  • Stated limitations

An in-progress campaign is never promoted to a completed case study early, and clients are named only with permission.

The standard

What a finished Local SEO case study will contain.

When the first campaign has enough documented history, this is the structure it will be published in. Nothing shorter counts as proof.

  1. 01 Client snapshot Industry, general market, services, service area, campaign duration, website platform, and work completed.
  2. 02 Starting position Visibility, website condition, Google Business Profile, service-page gaps, location gaps, technical issues, and tracking condition.
  3. 03 Business challenge The real problem, explained in business terms.
  4. 04 Strategy The most important decisions, not every small task.
  5. 05 Implementation What was completed, and in what order.
  6. 06 Verified results Real metrics with dates and sources.
  7. 07 What contributed The major factors, without claiming one isolated change caused everything.
  8. 08 Client perspective A real approved quote when available.
  9. 09 Limitations Seasonality, paid campaigns, website changes, incomplete tracking, or other factors that affect interpretation.

Verified evidence

The measurements that actually get reported.

Every figure is traced to Search Console, Analytics, Google Business Profile, call tracking, or form tracking, and is always published with its period and source.

Search visibility

  • Growth in relevant impressions
  • Growth in clicks
  • Improvement in important queries
  • Stronger service-page visibility
  • Expanded geographic visibility

Google Maps visibility

  • Ranking-grid improvements
  • More profile actions
  • More discovery searches
  • Better coverage around the verified location

Maps visibility is never uniform across an entire city, and we do not imply otherwise.

Leads

  • Tracked calls
  • Contact forms
  • Estimate requests
  • Inspection requests
  • Qualified organic leads

All leads and qualified leads are always reported as separate figures.

Website performance

  • Faster page experience
  • Better mobile usability
  • Reduced technical errors
  • Improved crawlability
  • Better conversion paths

Content and coverage

  • Improved priority service pages
  • New useful location coverage
  • Reduced duplicate content
  • Stronger internal linking

Publishing standards

The rules this page is held to.

Inoviqa does not use AI-generated screenshots, invented client names, or fictional performance numbers as proof. Eight rules keep this page honest:

  • Website projects must be real
  • Client relationships must be described accurately
  • Screenshots must come from real work
  • Metrics must be verified
  • Testimonials require permission
  • Confidential information must be protected
  • Sample visuals must be labeled as samples
  • Campaigns in progress must not be presented as completed case studies

Case study questions

Frequently asked questions.

Are the websites listed here also Inoviqa SEO clients?

Not all of them. These are website projects, and they are labeled as build work. A website project is never presented as an SEO success unless Inoviqa also provided and measured the SEO work.

Why are there no ranking or traffic numbers on this page?

A figure is only published once its baseline, comparison period, data source, and limitations are documented. Attaching numbers to a website build would imply a measured SEO outcome that was not measured.

How many websites has Walid Hasan worked on?

Walid has contributed to more than 200 website projects across WordPress, Shopify, and Wix. Only selected projects with accurate contribution details appear publicly.

Why are some client names not listed?

Some clients prefer confidentiality. Anonymized work still uses real information and never invents results.

Do you use AI-generated case studies?

No. AI may support decorative visuals or clearly labeled examples, but it is never used to fabricate client evidence.

Can you show current SEO clients?

Yes, with appropriate permission. Active work is labeled as a campaign in progress until results are sufficiently documented.

What will a full Local SEO case study include?

The starting position, campaign duration, strategy, implementation, verified results, data source, context, and limitations.

Do past results guarantee my results?

No. Every market, website, business, and campaign is different.

Can I request examples during a strategy call?

Yes. We can discuss relevant public work and explain what can be shared.
