Service questions

5 answers
What is included in Local SEO?

The scope may include technical SEO, website structure, service pages, Google Business Profile optimization, service-area relevance, citations, reviews, local authority, internal linking, content, conversion improvements, and tracking.

Do you optimize Google Business Profiles?

Yes. Work may include categories, services, business information, service areas, website links, photos, review strategy, profile completeness, and duplicate-listing review.

Do you create service and location pages?

New pages may be recommended when research identifies a valid opportunity. They are handled separately from the standard monthly plan.

Do you build backlinks?

Authority work focuses on relevant local, industry, partnership, directory, and relationship-based opportunities. Inoviqa does not use spammy link packages.

Do you provide content writing?

Content strategy, optimization, and writing may be included or purchased separately based on the plan and page type.

03

AI search, AEO, and GEO questions

4 answers
Do you optimize for Google AI Overviews and AI Mode?

Yes. Our Local SEO work includes answer-focused content, clear service and location information, technical SEO, trustworthy proof, and structured business data that support visibility in Google Search, Maps, and eligible AI-powered search experiences. We do not guarantee inclusion in a specific AI Overview or AI Mode answer.

What are AEO and GEO?

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) helps your business provide clear, useful answers to the questions homeowners ask. Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) helps make your business, services, locations, and expertise easier for AI-powered systems to understand. At Inoviqa, both are included within a modern Local SEO strategy rather than sold as separate buzzword services.

Can you improve visibility in ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity?

We improve the web presence that these tools may use when they retrieve public information: accurate service and location pages, genuine expertise, consistent business details, credible proof, and crawlable technical foundations. No agency can guarantee that a specific platform will recommend or cite a business for a particular query.

How do you track AI search visibility?

We define a set of queries that matter to your services and service areas, then check them on a set schedule across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. We record whether your business is mentioned, cited, or linked, and compare it month to month. This is what produced our documented result: Silkwaters Windows & Eaves Cleaning is recommended by name in Gemini for Forest Hill eavestrough queries, with their review count and service detail cited. It gives a qualitative picture rather than a precise ranking, because these systems do not publish position data — any tool claiming to measure AI rankings exactly is overstating what is knowable.

04

Website questions

2 answers
Do I need a new website?

Not always. Inoviqa first evaluates whether the existing website can support the campaign. Serious structural or platform limitations may require separate development work.

Can you work with our developer?

Yes. Responsibilities, access, and implementation workflow should be agreed clearly.

05

Pricing and contract questions

4 answers
How much does Local SEO cost?

Inoviqa offers three monthly plans. Exact amounts, the setup fee, add-ons, and plan scope are shared on a strategy call, once we know which plan actually fits.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes. There is a one-time setup fee. The exact amount is confirmed on a strategy call, along with the monthly plan.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Plans are month to month and cancellation requires 30 days written notice.

Why do you recommend six months?

Local SEO requires consistent work across several connected areas. Meaningful and sustainable progress often takes several months.

06

Results questions

4 answers
How long does Local SEO take?

Most companies should plan for at least four to six months of consistent work. Competitive markets may require longer.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No. Search results are controlled by Google and influenced by competition, relevance, proximity, prominence, website quality, reviews, and other factors.

How do you measure success?

Depending on tracking, Inoviqa may review search visibility, Search Console data, Google Business Profile activity, service-page performance, calls, forms, estimate requests, and traffic quality.

Can SEO reduce dependence on paid leads?

SEO can help build a stronger source of direct visibility over time, but it is not an instant replacement for every other marketing channel.

Strategy call questions

3 answers
Is there anything free before I commit?

Yes — a Local Visibility Snapshot. It's a short review of what we can see publicly: your Google Business Profile setup, how your site handles a visitor on a phone, whether your service areas are represented, and the two or three things we'd fix first. No account access needed, and there's no obligation to book anything. What it is not is a full audit. The complete technical and market audit requires access to your website, Search Console, analytics, and profile, and real research time — that's part of paid onboarding, not something we can responsibly give away.

What should I prepare?

Have your website, Google Business Profile, main services, service areas, competitors, and main growth challenge ready.

What access is needed after starting?

Access may include the website, Google Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager, call tracking, and form tracking.
