Effective date: July 19, 2026
Last updated: July 19, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of https://inoviqa.com, communications with Inoviqa LLC, and the general payment and subscription conditions described on the website.
By using the website, submitting information, booking a call, accepting a proposal, signing a service agreement, or purchasing a service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable terms.
Paid client services may also be governed by a proposal, scope of work, order form, subscription checkout, or separate service agreement. If a signed or accepted service agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the service agreement controls for that engagement.
1. About Inoviqa
Inoviqa LLC provides Local SEO services primarily for specialized home service businesses.
The website is intended for business owners, authorized business representatives, and adults capable of entering a binding agreement.
Nothing on the public website guarantees that Inoviqa will accept a visitor or business as a client.
2. Website Information
Website content is provided for general informational, educational, and marketing purposes.
The website may describe:
- Local SEO services
- Pricing
- Processes
- Timelines
- Industries
- Examples
- Campaign concepts
- Results and selected work
Website content does not by itself:
- Create a client relationship
- Guarantee service availability
- Guarantee a proposal
- Guarantee acceptance as a client
- Guarantee rankings, leads, calls, revenue, or results
- Replace a signed or accepted service agreement
3. Proposals, Scope, and Service Agreements
Before paid work begins, Inoviqa and the client may agree to a proposal, scope, plan, order, or service agreement.
The agreed documents may specify:
- Services
- Deliverables
- Responsibilities
- Access requirements
- Monthly fees
- Setup fees
- Add-ons
- Billing date
- Service period
- Communication process
- Cancellation terms
- Limitations
- Confidentiality
- Intellectual property
- Other engagement-specific conditions
Work outside the approved scope may require separate written approval and additional payment.
4. Monthly Prepayment
Local SEO services are billed monthly in advance unless a written agreement states otherwise.
This means payment is collected at the beginning of each monthly service period before the work for that period is delivered.
After the client and Inoviqa agree on the service and scope, Inoviqa may send an official Stripe payment link, invoice, or checkout page.
The first successful payment begins the recurring monthly subscription and confirms the client’s authorization for future charges, subject to the amount, frequency, and terms presented during checkout and in the applicable agreement.
5. Recurring Payment Authorization
By completing a recurring Stripe payment, the client authorizes Inoviqa LLC and Stripe to charge the approved payment method automatically on each scheduled billing date until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms or the applicable service agreement.
Before completing payment, the client is responsible for reviewing:
- The amount
- Currency
- Billing frequency
- First billing date
- Renewal terms
- Cancellation notice requirement
- Any setup fee or approved add-on
- The business name shown on the Stripe payment page
The client must provide accurate billing and contact information.
The client authorizes Stripe to store or otherwise process the payment method as required to complete future recurring payments.
6. Accepted Payment Methods and Official Channels
Inoviqa accepts payment only through official Stripe payment links, Stripe-hosted checkout pages, Stripe invoices, or another written company-approved Stripe method issued under Inoviqa LLC.
Available payment methods may include:
- Credit cards
- Debit cards
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Other payment methods presented by Stripe
Payment-method availability may depend on the client’s device, browser, location, currency, financial institution, and Stripe settings.
Inoviqa does not request payment through:
- Personal bank accounts
- Personal payment profiles
- Personal mobile wallets
- Employee or contractor accounts
- Unofficial payment pages
- Cryptocurrency
- Gift cards
- Cash transfers to an individual
A client who receives a suspicious payment request should not pay it and should verify the request through:
support@inoviqa.cominoviqa@gmail.com+1 (505) 532-5328
7. Billing Dates and Renewal
The billing date is normally established by the first successful recurring payment unless another date is confirmed in writing.
The subscription renews automatically each month until properly cancelled.
Clients are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and sufficient funds.
Inoviqa may send receipts, invoices, payment confirmations, failed-payment notices, or renewal-related communications electronically.
Failure to receive a reminder does not cancel an authorized recurring subscription.
8. Cancellation Policy
A client may request cancellation by contacting Inoviqa at:
The cancellation request must be received at least 30 calendar days before the next scheduled billing date to stop that upcoming renewal.
Requests Received 30 or More Days Before Renewal
When a valid cancellation request is received at least 30 calendar days before the next billing date, Inoviqa will arrange for the subscription to end before that renewal, subject to any obligations stated in the service agreement.
Requests Received Fewer Than 30 Days Before Renewal
When a cancellation request is received fewer than 30 calendar days before the next billing date, including 25 days, 15 days, or any shorter period:
- The upcoming scheduled payment remains applicable
- The next service period will proceed
- The cancellation will take effect after that paid service period
- No further monthly renewal should be processed after the effective cancellation date
A cancellation request is not complete until it has been received by Inoviqa. We recommend keeping a copy of the request and our acknowledgment.
Clients do not need to complete a live retention call to submit a cancellation request. Email is the primary cancellation method.
Any different cancellation rule stated in an accepted service agreement will control for that engagement.
9. No Long-Term Contract
Inoviqa Local SEO plans are generally month-to-month unless a written agreement states otherwise.
There is no required long-term contract merely because Inoviqa recommends working consistently for several months.
The 30-day cancellation notice requirement still applies to monthly recurring billing.
10. Refunds and Proration
Unless required by applicable law or approved by Inoviqa in writing:
- Monthly service fees are billed in advance
- Payments already processed are non-refundable
- Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding or setup work begins
- Completed work is non-refundable
- Approved add-ons are non-refundable once work begins
- Partial-month refunds are not provided
- Unused time within a paid service period is not prorated
- Cancellation does not reverse a payment that became applicable because the request was submitted fewer than 30 days before renewal
If Inoviqa is unable to provide an agreed service for reasons within its reasonable control, we may provide an appropriate credit, refund, rescheduling option, or other remedy at our discretion or as required by law.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
11. Failed or Disputed Payments
If a payment fails, is declined, is reversed, or becomes overdue, Inoviqa may:
- Notify the client
- Retry the payment through Stripe
- Request an updated payment method
- Pause work
- Restrict access to reports or deliverables where lawful
- Suspend the engagement
- Terminate the engagement
- Recover reasonable amounts due under the agreement
Before filing a payment dispute or chargeback, the client is encouraged to contact support@inoviqa.com so the issue can be reviewed.
This does not limit any lawful dispute rights.
Fraudulent chargebacks or deliberate avoidance of valid fees may be treated as a material breach of the service agreement.
12. Taxes, Fees, and Currency
Prices may be stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.
The client is responsible for:
- Applicable taxes
- Currency-conversion charges
- Bank fees
- Card-issuer fees
- International transaction fees
- Other third-party payment costs
Inoviqa is responsible for collecting and remitting taxes when legally required.
Stripe or another financial institution may apply separate terms and fees.
13. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information
- Confirming services and genuine service areas
- Providing required access
- Maintaining secure accounts and permissions
- Reviewing and approving important business information
- Responding to approval requests
- Informing Inoviqa about material business changes
- Maintaining lawful business operations
- Following up with leads
- Maintaining customer service standards
- Avoiding unauthorized changes that conflict with an active campaign
- Paying approved fees on time
Inoviqa is not responsible for results affected by inaccurate information, withheld access, delayed approvals, missed calls, weak sales follow-up, operational problems, or client-controlled changes.
14. Access to Client Systems
Clients may authorize Inoviqa to access websites, Google Business Profiles, analytics tools, search tools, tracking systems, directories, or other platforms.
The client represents that it has the authority to grant such access.
Inoviqa will use approved access for legitimate engagement purposes.
Clients should use role-based access or user invitations where possible and should revoke access when it is no longer required.
15. No Guaranteed SEO Results
Search engines, Google Maps, AI-assisted search systems, directories, and third-party platforms are outside Inoviqa’s control.
Inoviqa does not guarantee:
- First-place rankings
- First-page rankings
- Google Local Pack placement
- Uniform visibility across a city or service area
- Inclusion in AI-generated answers
- A fixed number of impressions
- A fixed number of calls or leads
- A specific revenue increase
- A specific return on investment
- A fixed result date
SEO performance may be affected by competition, proximity, website condition, business authority, service area, reviews, seasonality, client implementation, platform changes, and many other factors.
16. Timelines
Local SEO is a long-term strategy.
Early changes may appear sooner, but most businesses should expect several months of consistent work before evaluating meaningful progress. Competitive markets may require longer.
Any timeline discussed is an estimate, not a guarantee.
17. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated:
- Inoviqa owns the website design, original website copy, branding, internal methods, templates, systems, code-created visuals, and proprietary materials
- Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing business names, logos, content, websites, accounts, and data
- Third-party platforms and materials remain the property of their respective owners
Ownership and usage rights for client deliverables may be further defined in the applicable service agreement.
A visitor may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, or commercially exploit substantial website content without written permission.
18. Confidentiality
During an engagement, each party may receive non-public business information.
Confidentiality obligations should be governed by the applicable service agreement.
Public website submission does not create a confidential or attorney-client relationship.
Do not send highly sensitive credentials, financial account information, or confidential legal information through public forms.
19. Acceptable Website Use
You may not:
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with website operation
- Introduce malware or harmful code
- Scrape or copy content at scale
- Abuse forms or booking systems
- Impersonate another person or company
- Submit false business information
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Misrepresent affiliation with Inoviqa
- Attempt to bypass security measures
We may block or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, or business.
20. Third-Party Services
The website and services may use or link to platforms such as:
- Stripe
- Scheduling providers
- Hosting providers
- Analytics providers
- Communication tools
- Reporting tools
- Social networks
- Business directories
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and technical rules.
Inoviqa is not responsible for a third party’s independent acts, downtime, policy changes, or security practices.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and general website content are provided on an “as available” basis.
Inoviqa does not warrant that:
- The website will always be uninterrupted
- Every statement will remain current
- Every third-party link will remain available
- The website will be free from all errors
- Public information will fit every business situation
This section does not replace obligations expressly accepted in a paid service agreement.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inoviqa LLC and its owners, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the public website.
Limitations related to paid services should be governed by the applicable service agreement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
23. Electronic Communications
By contacting Inoviqa, booking a call, entering an agreement, or completing payment, you consent to receive relevant electronic communications such as:
- Booking confirmations

- Agreements
- Payment receipts

You are responsible for keeping your email address and contact information current.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect:
- Service changes
- Payment changes
- Website changes
- Legal developments
- Security requirements
- Business-process updates
The updated version becomes effective when posted unless another effective date is stated or additional notice is legally required.
Material changes affecting an active paid engagement may also be addressed through the applicable agreement or direct notice.
25. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to the extent legally permitted.
Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
